1. What would be considered perfect money?
a) Money communicates value
- Communicating is best achieved through a unit with a stable denominator
- A unit with a volatile denominator distorts the communication of value
- Therefore, the supply issuance of money should be stable.

- Value is subjective
- Subjective value is produced through an objective amount of time & energy (work)
- Work is performed by humans
- Each human possesses a finite supply of time & energy
- Therefore, the supply of money should be finite.
a) + b) = Perfect money would have a stably issued, finite supply
2. What would a perfect money system look like?
- It has a stably issued, finite supply of units
- It has 1 immutable, publicly verifiable ledger
- It has no barriers to participate
- It has zero downtime
- It is impossible to gain wealth through violence
- Running it does not harm the environment
- We are not coerced to use it
- We are not coerced from using it
- We can transact globally
- We can transact peer to peer
- Our wealth is unconfiscatable
- Our wealth is unknown to others
- Our transactions are private
- Our transactions are instant
- Our transactions cannot be blocked
- Our transactions have zero fees
- The rules are easy to understand
- The rules are impartial
- The rules cannot be changed without an extremely high degree of consensus from its participants
